-How to bake sphyraenidae and caution-
① Half-thaw the dried overnight in our shop, preheat the inside of the grill firmly, and bake with your body facing up.

(2) Since the overnight drying of our shop is watered down, it is easy for you to collapse, so please be careful when turning it over.

③ Bone removal is a manual process, so bone may remain.

④ Please note that the skin of barracuda is easy to burn.


All of our overnight drying is [two-stage preparation] using salt with plenty of sea minerals.

Take the soup stock with kelp from Hokkaido and soak it.
